We are stardust! Minerals are considered the building blocks of health because they make up the structure of the body and are biochemical triggers for every system in the body. Vinegar makes a strong menstruum for extraction of minerals, so we selected our favorite mineral rich herbs to extract in raw apple cider vinegar and local honey. The formula contains regeneratively grown oat straw, chickweed, nettle, dandelion leaf, and alfalfa. Those herbs are good sources of Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Silica, Selenium, and Chromium.
