Bitter Ginger Syrup





An extremely versatile bitter-sweet blend that pairs especially well with sour.  Mixed with apple cider vinegar and seltzer it’s a great afternoon pick me up. Add to hot lemon water for the morning, or even add to vinegars for dressings and marinades.  Up to a teaspoon can be taken for an upset stomach, even safe for children.  Travel with a little to sip on in some sparkling water for an instant ginger ale cure to motion sickness.  Goes well with rum based cocktails like the classic Dark and Stormy.
