Join Joanna Mann of Walden Farmacy for a fun foray through the forest as she points out medicinal and edible herbs and dives into how we can use them to support our optimal health and wellness.
Please arrive promptly by 10:30AM so we can meet in the parking lot to get started. We will meet in the large lot across from Moss Rock Taco and Vecchia’s Pizza. There is a sign near the trailhead entrance- that’s where we will be!
We don’t have a picnic planned this go round, but we highly recommend catching lunch at Vecchia Pizzeria or Moss Rock Tacos across the street after the walk!
